DIY Thursdays: Nasty Gal Inspired Rope Necklace

The Inspiration: Nasty Gal Necklace, $38

See this necklace? I love this necklace. Its a great mix of electric and classic gold. But $38? Plus Taxes? Plus Shipping!? Sorry, not for me. If you know me, I would never spend $40 on a piece of jewelry, let alone anything else.

So here comes what I do best, make things I like, for much cheaper. Let me reveal the $5 version.
